OBJECTIVES

Understand the concepts and principles of perception and how they relate to communication and the creation of visual messages. Understand how to capitalize on these theories to enhance your message and visual forms.

• Select three or four letters or numbers from either the News Gothic or Adobe Jenson type face.You must use the same typeface throughout any one given composition.
• Each composition can contain only three or four letter/number forms.
• All charterers should be between 72 points and 216 points but all letter forms in a composition must be the same size.
